Recent Past: "Salutations Feline" Macarons

So obviously this cat goes by a different name (however, I think we all know who she is!). I got the inspiration to make these from I <3 Baking and one boring, lonely Friday night, with nothing better to do I whipped up a batch for my amusement. I have to admit, eating them makes me tear up a bit...



The eyes are made with white markers and they are filled with a Strawberry jam buttercream. My only complaint would have to be there was not nearly enough flavour to the buttercream, so that recipe will have to be revised later. One day... I may have to turn them into a tower! Bwuhahahahaha!
